Programs

	Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month (3rd Monday in May-Nov-Dec) at UNM Continuing Education building, 1634 University NE at Indian School. Meetings are open to the public; non-members will be charged a $5 fee for attending meetings which have a guest speaker.
	Workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of quilting level or experience. Fee for members is $40, non-members $60. Workshop Location: Hilton Garden Inn, I-25 at San Antonio. Set-up begins at 8:30 AM, class lecture starts at 9:00 AM. Workshop Sign Up Form

Oct 2009	Sunday, October 25 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Workshop	Maxine Rosenthal and Joy Pelzman will teach "Cubes, Hollow and Otherwise", one of the most important elements of "One Block Wonder" quilts. They promise it's easy and there are no "Y" seams.
	Monday, October 26 7:00 PM Guild Meeting	Guest Speakers Maxine Rosenthal and Joy Pelzman will do a trunk show of "One Block Wonders", fabulous quilts from simple hexagonal blocks.
Nov 2009	Sunday, November 15 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Workshop	Mary Lou Weidman's workshop, "Hoochy Mama", will have you producing colorful, wonky blocks in no time.
	Monday, November 16 9:30 AM Guild Meeting	Guest Speaker Mary Lou Weidman is an artist and quilter famous for her folk-art style. She will talk about how to turn your personal history into quilts that will tell a story about you.
